How to withdraw your funds via Hyperwallet

Before you are able to withdraw your funds, please make sure you have updated your organisation settings within the portal. Hyperwallet requires this information about you due to KYC/ALM regulations. It's important to note that your personal identification documents are never accessed by a PlayerLands staff member. Instead, they are directly submitted to Hyperwallet, a company owned by PayPal.

It is recommened to provide your information early as possible to prevent any delays when withdrawing funds.

How long will it take for me to receive my funds?

Typically, you can expect your funds to clear into your Hyperwallet account within 2 working days. However, please keep in mind that this timeframe may vary depending on factors such as banking processes and currency conversion.
