Discounts

Everything you need to know about Discounts.

Discounts are a good way to increase sales on your server, most popular for the holidays and server resets. You have three types of discounts availble:

• Product discount (Most Popular)

• Buy X get y free

• Basket discount

Product discount

A Product Discount is the most popular way to provide a discount to your players. You have the following configuration options to create your discount event:

• Name

• Start date

• End Date

• Discount Application Type (Flat rate / Percentage)

• Discount Value

• Products

Discount Application Type allows you to select if you want to discount to be a Flat Rate or Percentage.

Buy X get Y free

This type of discount allows you to offer a certain number of free products if a player purchases a set number of products. you have the following configuration options to create your discount event:

• Name

• Start date

• End date

• Buy x amount

• Get y free

• Products

For example, if you wanted to offer a buy 2 get a 1 free discount we would input the following:

• Buy x amount -> 2

• Get y free -> 1

• Assign a product

Basket Discount

This type of discount allows you to offer an overall basket discount if the player has reached the minimum basket value. you have the following configuration options to create your discount event:

• Name

• Start Date

• End Date

• Discount Application Type (Flat rate / Percentage)

• Discount Value

• Minimum Basket Value

Discount Application Type allows you to select if you want to discount to be a flat rate or percentage.
